I’m so sorry for not writing about my BIG MOVE! I thought that my internet would be working, but it didn’t! I emailed the company about it. (My new dorm is switching Internet Servers), and they said by the end of the week, which should mean around now?! But too late, I’m come over to my parents house to sleep over for the night. To use the net that I have been deprived off. I need to get some information from this as well, so that’s another reason as to why I had to come back. To get it. And of course, I missed my family and my puppies!
The week at my dorm has been plesant, I haven’t met too many people. I did crash into one person when I was moving my stuff up. It was a guy (cute!), that was taking his rubbish out. I don’t know if he was international, but yeah, we just smiled, and that was it. I haven’t spoken to anyone. Even though, I’d like to. It does get a bit lonely.
I caught up with one of my friends that I went to TAFE with a few years back, Michelle. We hadn’t seen each other in so long now, and we caught up and had dinner at Chadstone Shopping Centre. It was good. We ate Asian food! (Go figure!). I bought a new cover for my iPhone, but I’ve been meaning to unlock it. We went to Vodafone to ask and it’s all online and stupid stuff like that, so I went home and I tried via my iPhone since I didn’t have the internet, and it wouldn’t let me. It was pretty frustrating to be honest. But it’s around $25 to do it online. I’ve been thinking about it, since I know that I have to save my money for my rent and my bills. (Thank God, I start work on Monday!)
As for pictures of my place. I will put it up, ONCE i have gotten the net. It feels pretty weird not having the net in my room and I just have to resort in watching TV and walking around and going out and such, but hopefully within this week I will be getting the net. Woo!
I don’t know what else to add!? Norway is ranked 2 on the medal tally! Woo!! NORGE! I think A. Svindel won to make it 5 Golds. I’ve been trying to keep up with it, but they don’t show it too much over here.
Oh, I’ve been studying as well. Woo, go me! It feels a little odd going back to studying after I have already graduated and gotten my Degree in Nursing. But I chose to extend my studying into the Perioperative field. For once, I don’t have to deal with the patients and their families. It will be one patient at a time, and a majority of the time, they’re sleeping while they’re being operated on! Which is always a good thing at times. I tend to be anti-social, I guess.
Anyway, I think that’s all from me at the moment. Not a lot has been happening. I’ve finished Grad Year, but most likely won’t get my Certificate. Well, I did finish early to do my post graduate year. Oh well.
